The registration for the IAU Symposium 309 "Galaxies in 3D across the Universe" is now open!

Until 10 May 2014, the early registration fee will be 300 Euros. After this date the registration fee will be 350 Euros.

The fee includes the welcome reception (on Sunday evening), the abstract book, coffee breaks and a free copy of the conference proceedings prepared by Cambridge University Press.

Participants can request financial support in form of an IAU grant. Instructions are available here.

Confirmation for the conference dinner and other social events will be requested at later time. Payment is separated. 

To register in the conference you will need to create an account, which will be used for the abstract submission, payment and hotel booking. Please read the instructions of each page carefully.

To complete the registration you must choose a payment method. Payment is possible via credit card or bank transfer. Payment by credit card is immediate. Bank transfer invoices will be sent to your email account in few days, however they are not binding and you may also pay by credit card at a later time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations received until 30 April 2014 will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.

• Cancellations received between 1 May 2014 and 26 May 2014 will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.

• No refunds will be available for cancellations made after 26 May 2014 or for no shows.
